L'Oréal's Revolutionary At-Home Hair Colouring Device and Charlotte Tilbury Win Big at Mecca Beauty Election

L'Oréal Paris has introduced Colorsonic, a groundbreaking at-home hair colouring device designed for all hair types, lengths, and textures. Developed over ten years and holding over 29 patents, Colorsonic offers a 1:1 ratio of dye and developer in sustainable cartridges.

Ali Goldstein, President of L'Oréal Paris USA, emphasized the company's commitment to high-performance, research-backed innovation. Colorsonic's multi-usage cartridges provide up to three applications and use less plastic compared to traditional box hair colour. The device eliminates single-use plastic bottles and includes reusable gloves.

Available in 20 shades free from harmful chemicals, Colorsonic ensures even distribution of hair dye with bristles operating at 300 times per minute. L'Oréal Paris partnered with Kickstarter to engage early tech adopters, and Colorsonic is now available online and at select Target stores. The Colorsonic site offers educational resources, including a shade quiz, video tutorials, and access to colourists for assistance.
